1. Acceptance of Terms

x0play reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or termination of your account. Misrepresentation of eligibility status is a material breach of these terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on x0play. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all duplicate accounts and permanent suspension from the platform. x0play employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by x0play's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. x0play shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

x0play supports deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page within your account. x0play does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

x0play reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you are found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity. 13. Governing Law and Disputes
